BJC Opens Two New 12-story Towers on Washington University Medical Campus

BJC HealthCare has opened two new 12-story inpatient towers on the Washington University medical campus, in an expansion of St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

According to Rich Liekweg, president and CEO of BJC, “The design of these facilities is centered around the patient and also takes into account the experience of physicians, nurses and other caregivers, so they’re equipped to provide responsive, efficient care of the highest quality.”

Wheaton Sprague provided engineering services to IWR out of St. Louis for the project.
