This project was a new construction 65,000-square-foot medical office building on the campus of the expanding Good Samaritan Hospital.
Designed by GBBN Architects of Cincinnati, OH, the facility features family practice clinics, specialty clinics, imaging, a laboratory, infusion services, physical therapy, a retail pharmacy, retail space and GHA administration.
The building sits atop a 385 car parking garage, which commands a presence established to mark the structure as the flagship of the regional Group Health Associates practice. Linked directly to the hospital, caregivers at the MOB are able to see consultation readily with hospital staff.
Wheaton Sprague was contracted by Pioneer Glazing & Cladding of Loveland, OH to provide full-service engineering for the 7,000 square foot unitized curtain wall, strip and punched opening windows for the project.
