The goal for our Consulting Division
for new building, rehabilitation, and re-clad projects is to provide the design
and construction team with appropriate support to help ensure that performance
expectations for the building enclosure are met, while at the same time
respecting other project objectives and budgets.
With in-depth building envelope experience, our perspective, and our consultative advice is based on sound building science principals, standards, and the practical realities of construction.
We strive to have early involvement so that we can address any potential problems with creative solutions while the design is still fluid. Earlier observations provide the best value, as most conditions are still exposed, and provide more meaningful observations and QC testing.
