Senior Structural Engineer (P.E)

The Opportunity:

  • You’ll work on the defining architectural components and elements of the building structure- the façade, the curtain wall, the cladding. You will be able to identify buildings around the country on which you brought to life the vision of the owner and architect, creating unique, aesthetically pleasing, safe, serviceable structures, and shaping urban, suburban, and building centers for all type of facilities.

  • You will collaborate with teams of WS specialists, as well as interface directly with clients, depending on the project type. If you want to make a mark on society and on the built environment, then this is an opportunity you will want to explore further.

What You’ll Create In This Role

  •    You will provide structural and systems engineering, structural design, and more, on curtainwall and cladding systems. You’ll provide PE sealed work products, developing applications, and advancing the industry while working with alternative materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, glass, cold form metal, steel, UHPC, metal panels and more, as well as use advanced tools for analysis including FEA programs.

What You’ll Bring To Be Successful

  • Along with a Civil engineering degree, (BSCE), you’ll need a PE license, experience specifically in curtain wall systems engineering, and project experience on hundreds, or at least dozens, of projects. Monumental and custom systems should be familiar, and you should have expertise in standard curtainwall systems
