Wheaton & Sprague Engineering Inc.

CLIENT APPROACH

The Wheaton & Sprague Building Forensics Division was born in 2003 out of an increased demand to handle requests for material and serviceability failure investigations and studies. The Building Forensic Division provides investigation, pathology and emergency response services for clients that need answers based on fact, delivered in a timely fashion with definitive reporting.

At WSE, it is our belief that to have added value and legitimacy as structural forensic engineers, one must have practical, current and ongoing experience as practicing professional engineers. Our vast experience in design and engineering for the building envelope and the primary building structure allows us to assess problems thoroughly, be able to discern issues quickly, and then solve or provide practical or innovative solutions needed to address the problems. We are a one-stop, seamless solution for the identification and resolution of problems within the building structure and building envelope.

WSE’s Building Forensic Division Client Approach:

  • Project Management to support you and your job, and provide the optimal experience with our firm each and every time
  • To put forth a standard of care that meets or exceeds your need for response, timeliness and accuracy.
  • To provide you with a consistency of process and deliverable each and every project
  • To understand your need for answers based on fact, and deliver in a timely fashion with reporting that is clear, concise, thorough and consistent
  • To utilize, in an efficient manner, our understanding of building pathology, as well as the experience we have gained through our past and ongoing projects in the building envelope and building structures divisions, to bring order and understanding of the issues to our clients
  • To Create StructureSM for you, the project, and for your company, by understanding your spoken, and unspoken, needs and desires
