W&S was called upon by
the OHGR Team (Ozanne, Hammond, Gilbane and Regency Construction Group) to
perform field observations and provide construction administration related to
the building envelope for 3, multi-story school building in the Cleveland
Public School System: Garfield, Jones
and Patrick Henry. Our observations of questionable items or
items that appeared to be non-conforming were discussed at the site with OHGR
and contractor forepersons. W&S provided a comprehensive report for each of
the schools in question with pictures and problems outlined, and
recommendations made.
