This is a 31 story
structure with 382 feet of exterior cladding, designed by Edwards and Portman
Architects, and built in 1965, in the same era and style as the
Scope: Façade
assessment for water infiltration performed from elevated platforms, design of
repairs, preparation of contract documents and construction administration
services during the repair phase. All perimeter sealants were removed and
replaced. Architectural precast concrete panels were pressure washed,
repaired and treated with a penetrating siloxane sealer.
