This is a 31 story structure with 382 feet of exterior cladding, designed by Edwards and Portman Architects, and built in 1965, in the same era and style as the Rhodes Tower project. The footprint of the building follows a nearly rectangular shape with the long sides facing South and North, with minor setback interruptions on all faces. The exterior walls primarily consist of architectural precast concrete panels with an exposed aggregate finish and with chambered returns to openings that receive windows.

Scope: Façade assessment for water infiltration performed from elevated platforms, design of repairs, preparation of contract documents and construction administration services during the repair phase.  All perimeter sealants were removed and replaced.  Architectural precast concrete panels were pressure washed, repaired and treated with a penetrating siloxane sealer.
