Engineering firms use significant amounts of paper. The staff of Wheaton Sprague has made a commitment to recycle all of the paper we use in our office.
In the first half of 2010:
Wheaton & Sprague (WS) recycled 1436 lbs. of paper
That is the equivalent of saving:
- 12.2 trees
- 5,026 gallons of water
- 3,016 KWh of electricity
- 2.3 cubic yards of landfill space
In the year 2009:
Wheaton Sprague (WS) recycled 3970 lbs. of paper.
That is the equivalent of saving:
- 34 trees
- 13,895 gallons of water
- 8,337 KWh hours of electricity
- 6.4cubic yards of landfill space.
We are committed to doing even more in 2010 to protect our environment.
