The building envelope design, consulting and engineering firm of Wheaton Sprague, Inc. (WS) is pleased to announce their association with Ray Kelly, Consultant for the Pacific Northwest.
Ray is a Building Envelope Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience that encompasses most types of exterior wall systems used in commercial and multi-unit residential buildings. Ray will serve the Western Region of the U.S. for Wheaton Sprague, working in collaboration with our Building Envelope Consulting V.P., Mark Coulis, LEED AP.
As a Building Envelope Consultant with Wheaton Sprague, Ray will advise owners, property managers, architects, and similar clients on all matters related to exterior cladding systems and system design, working independently and directly with WS clients, peer-reviewing and reviewing documents and submittals for appropriate technical content & constructability, providing code consultation, checking curtain wall and/or exterior cladding systems for air/water integrity. Wheaton Sprague is prepared to ensure that the Project Team comply with the requirements of Washington State Law RCW 64.55 - "The Condo Act".With industry experience ranging from positions with PPG, Tubelite, and most recently as Vice President of Consulting for Stone & Glazing Consulting, Ray has performed many investigations and inspections on various types of cladding. He has authored or co-authored hundreds of proposals, pre-purchase assessments, investigative reports and remediation specifications.
